How to maintain solid wood furniture? Will it crack easily?
Solid wood naturally expands & contracts with humidity/temp. Avoid direct sunlight, AC/heater blast and damp walls. Clean with soft damp cloth, no harsh chemicals. Timber is kiln-dried before production, low risk under normal indoor climate. We can supply care leaflet for your end buyers.

What’s the sample lead time? Can sample cost be refunded?
7–15 days for existing items; 15–25 days for new custom designs, special veneer/finish or rattan/glass combo. Sample charge can be deducted from bulk order when MOQ is met.

What’s your container packing method? Can we do private label / neutral packing?
Export standard: foam corner protectors + bubble wrap + 5-layer carton; optional fumigated wooden crate for large items. Container loading with moisture-proof film & secure stacking to reduce transit damage. Neutral packing & custom logo stickers/printing available. We provide packing & loading photos/videos.

What is bulk production lead time? Can we rush the order?
30–45 days for standard items after sample approval & deposit; 45–60 days for heavy customisation or full container orders. Rush production can be checked upon capacity availability.
